Order logic

DraftFate Arena is an equal-odds draw presented as a cinematic battle royal. The seeded result is final before any fighter moves.

Entries: Every fighter represents one equal league entry. Health, entry timing, and character choice never change the locked odds.
Reveal order: Eliminations reveal the official order from the final pick down to the last fighter standing at Pick 1.
Fair staging: Every fighter starts together at 100 HP, so the full field is visible from the opening bell.
