Refund Policy

DraftFate sells one-time digital access for private league setup. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Refunds we generally approve

Contact support if you were charged twice for the same league setup.

Contact support if payment succeeded but DraftFate did not create or recover your paid league dashboard or manager links.

Contact support if you purchased by mistake and have not created manager links, opened the commissioner dashboard, or used the league.

Refunds we generally do not approve

Completed digital purchases are generally not refundable after manager links or the commissioner dashboard have been created and made available.

Refunds are also generally not available for league rule disagreements, draft results, manager choices, or private league decisions outside DraftFate.

How to request a refund

Send a support request within 7 days of purchase. Include the league name, checkout email, payment date, and a short description of what went wrong. Do not send full card numbers or bank details.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
